&A_FINNDO V2I8=Apparently without declaring Finndo legally dead, Princess
Allegra, Regent of De'alund has chosen to terminate her regency and to assume
the throne of De'alund in her own right. Text of the announcment appears on page
3. Does this indiciate that King Finndo, missing for some time, is now dead? Or
is this yet another strategem from the tactical genius in red. Only time will
tell.

&A_ASH V2I8=Ash, Sheriff of Amber City died recently in a duel with Ceralia of
Chaos reported over who was responsible for poisoning Queen Robyn of Arcadia and
blowing up the Dhemon Lord Tkaldinask and burning down trees in Arcadia. The
duel took place near the city of the Black Bells. Ash died when his sword broke
and Cerali stabbed him according to an eyewitness. Apparently Ash was of the
Royal blood for he pronounced his blood curse on his killer shortly before
expiring and she died immediately thereafter by mischance. Mercedes Eulogized
Ash and removed his body.

&T_BEGMA V2I8=Begma	Strange deaths -- do they herald a pandemic
&A_BEGMA V2I8=There are reports of deaths in Begma from a particularly gruesome
plague. When we asked a Begman officals in charge of external affairs there was
no comment. Fruit shippers have been heard complaining in Sticky's about
shipments building up on the docks. Several other fruit exporting shadows report
problems, though not Arcadia.

&T_ARCADIA V2I8=Arcadia	Unconfirmed reports of Amberites burning Arcadia
&A_ARCADIA V2I8=There are unconfirmed reports of what appear to be Amber troops
burning their way through the Arcadian forests. Some damage was visible on a
quick inspection and a soil sample turned up high levels of iron filings.
Amberite officials were nto available for comment. (See earlier story.) If you
have any certain knowledge of this situation please contact the News and Times.
