Grab comdr17.zip

Once this has been installed(follow the instructions provided with the ?
switch).  Be sure to set your lines file.  Next, go into your favorite
communication program and get to a mode where you can issue commands
directly to the modem.  Type the following:
ATS0=1
                        >>>modem should come back OK
ATE0Q1                  >>>modem should not return anything

now you can exit the program and load up your mud driver.  Get a friend to
phone you and s/he should be able to log in perfectly.  This worked on my
little 386sx 16Mhz machine with a 2400bps modem.

(No I didn't write this, some guy from the states did. Apparently it works
tho as everyone I send it to manages to connect to their mud using this
approach.)
