************** SKILLS ***************

Skills are commands that a user can learn or be given. They are defined by names
and function pointers and users skills are stored in:

	ustr[user].skill[x].name
	ustr[user].skill[x].func

The main list of skill commands and functions pointers is stored in the
skills structure - see globals.h. Users learn and unlearn skill commands using
the add_user_skill(user,skill_name) and remove_user_skill(user,skill_name)
functions.

The functions themselves and structure definition I have placed in skills.c.
Two skills have been set up in this mudlib - wibble and scream. They can be
learned and unlearned in room 2. To try them out type 'wibble' or 'scream'
once you have learned them.

Users characters remember skills since they are saved on logging out in the
userdata file. They are loaded in again on logging back in. An example
skill could be 'steal from <user>' for a thief or 'cast <spell>' for a mage.

See the code for more information since it is easier to understand than a
long essay on the subject.

Skill functions get passed the user number and inpstr.
