Some room design ideas

marshes (simon marsh footnote?), marshland and mangroves

not clear, crystal like mountain streams, but an opaque deep green.

ferns

moss covered rocks in a stream

Firest / Burnt out growth

Other natural disasters, floods, river overflowing, weather effects, monsson

Dense foilage on the forest floor.

Crater lake, 65 metres deep, even raise all the way around

not exactly circular, but even hight hill all around the lake. Very blue and
beautiful.

On either side of the lake, which is about three miles wide, dark wooded hills and
rocks rise steeply . The sky is clouded, and to the west, the snow peaked
mountains rise into a grey mist.

Look all thou wilt at the pictures and see
List' to whatever they say to thee
The pictures you see are but one, not four,
And each to the others may server as a door
Once mayest thou enter by climbing the frame
Once mayest thou enter, but never again.
Once yet I pray thee to shatter the bond
And pass
  through the glass
   to what lies beyond.

What follows is a curious sensation. Thinking about it afterward, the only thing
you..

Sunlight filtering through the leaves above you allows brief patches of light to
colour the forest floor.

Surrounded by trees and foilage, you can only hear the distant roar of the rapids;
smell the crisp mountain air.

You realise that the forest has thinned out al ittle where you're standing..

Waterfall into a pool - cliff face behind the falls - cave?

little river weaves away from falls on one side

--

Looking out over the horizon, hills as far as you can see, gentle rolling?

caves - empty, dried up, riverheads into the mountain side

Rivers creeks, dried up streams

dirt paths along spurs and around them, spiralling.. fallen tree crossing the path

rocks on a dried up riverbed

the canopy of trees

the distant road of the rapids

the bubbling of a brook

the break in the trees over the river to reveal the mountains
in the distance, their peaks shrouded in clouds, the sunlight
filtering through the leaves above allowing brief patches of light onto the
forest floor.

the fresh clean smell of the trees

the crisp morning fresh smell over the river

the beautiful clear-green water deep and refreshing

boulders forming rapids

bigger and smaller trees, vines

sharp drops on the side of a spur, little valleys where the ground evens
out and the trees thin

The sun sets quicker here, the tops of the mountains highlighted by the sunset.
